Patent-Pending 3-zone construction
- Patent-pending 3-zone design – set the neck, head and crown to different heights.
- Each compartment holds its own fill. No migration, no 2am re-fluffing.
- Stretchable compartments expand when you add fill and keep their shape.
- Crosscut memory foam + down-alternative microfiber – firm support, soft surface.
- Removable 3D-knit Tencel Lyocell cover – silky, breathable, gentle on sensitive skin while holding the structural integrity of the pillow.
- Through-the-corner zipper for easy access to every zone.
Outer Cover
3D Air-jacquard Tencel Lyocell cloud-textured knit with a silk-like texture. Naturally breathable with good moisture management, so the surface stays comfortable against skin through the night. Removable and machine washable.
Pillow Core
Three stretchable compartments Neck, head and crown, each sealed and each independently accessible through a zipper that runs through the corners. The compartments stretch to take extra fill and hold their shape rather than bulging.
Pillow Fill
85% Crosscut memory foam / 15% down-alternative microfiber
Crosscut foam resists clumping and lets air move between the pieces. The microfiber softens the surface feel so you get firm support without a dense, packed sensation.

- First 24 hours: the pillow is vacuum-packed for shipping. Allow 4–6 hours to fully expand, occasionally up to 24.
- Initial scent: freshly cut memory foam may carry a faint scent that dissipates within 24–48 hours in a well-ventilated room. To speed it up, tumble dry the inner pillow on low.
- Remove the cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, using the included mesh bag to prevent damage.
- Tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.
- Refresh the inner pillow: 10–15 minutes in the dryer on low.
- Avoid bleach, fabric softener and stain removers.

How to set your zones
Your pillow arrives pre-filled to 5 inches across all three zones.
That’s a deliberate starting point, not a recommendation.
The point is to take fill out of the zones you need lower, and top up the ones you need higher, and use the included fill pack if needed.
| You sleep on your | Neck zone | Head zone | Crown zone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Back | Firmer | Softer | Softer |
| Side | Firmer | Firmer | Softer |
| Stomach | Softer | Firmer | Firmer |
Why the zones differ:
Neck zone – targeted support that holds cervical alignment. The zone that determines whether you wake stiff.
Head zone – cradles the skull for stability and less movement through the night.
Crown zone – a soft cushion at the top of the head for a sense of enclosure.
The 30-second alignment check: Lie down in your usual position and have someone look at you from the side. Your nose should line up with the centre of your chest, and your head shouldn’t be tilted up toward the ceiling or dropped down toward the mattress. If it’s dropping, you need more fill.
Fine-tuning comfort: Give it two to three nights before you judge it. Your neck has been holding a compensation pattern; it takes a few nights to let go. Most people make one to two small adjustments in the first week and never touch it again.
Built for the way your neck actually sits
You spend a third of your life with your cervical spine held in whatever position your pillow decides. Get the height right and the rest takes care of itself.
Alignment you can set precisely
Raise the neck zone to fill the gap your shoulder creates. Drop the crown so your head isn’t pushed forward. Ear over shoulder, chin level – held there all night.
Support that stays where you put it
Each compartment is sealed and stretchable. The fill under your neck can’t drift toward the crown when you turn over, so the height you set at 10pm is still there at 4am.
Firm underneath, soft on top
Crosscut memory foam does the supporting. Down-alternative microfiber and a 3D-knit Tencel surface do the comfort. You get lift without the packed, dense feel of solid foam.
Breathable and washable
Lyocell moves air and manages moisture, so the surface stays comfortable against your skin. Cover unzips through the corners and goes in the machine — mesh bag included.
Most adjustable pillows give you one height. This one gives you three.
Most adjustable pillows let you change the total volume of fill. Useful – but your neck and the back of your head don’t need the same height. So the fill drifts to wherever your head presses hardest, and you’re back where you started.

Great Pillow
“I love this pillow. I find it works perfect for me, and functions as almost a weighted pillow at times that I need it. I am mostly a side sleeper which it is perfect for but at times I find more comfort on my back and find it can function a bit as a weighted pillow at those times. Not extremely heavy but very comfortable.”Great pillow!
“The pillow has a good size and weight, it can easily be repositioned at night. The filling is removable and can be adjusted to your needs if necessary.”Supportive and comfortable
“I have used this for about a month. Nice size and "plump". Much better than the flat, "long" pillows that I used to use. It's good not just for sleeping, but for support while sitting or lounging. Great quality. I can see that this will work well for a while, and not go flat. Reading the cover washing instructions are intimidating, but it will probably be fine. It's good that it can be washed, for dust allergies! I also had a great experience with this company (on a different product a while ago), and trust the quality of the products, and people.”Be the first to review

Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions we hear most — before you order.
Usually the neck zone. It’s the one closing the gap between your head and the mattress, and it’s the one that determines whether you wake up sore. Check out our guide for more details.
Two to three nights per setting. Your neck has been compensating for an ill-fitting pillow; it needs a few nights to unwind. Change one thing at a time.
Yes – it’s vacuum-packed for shipping. Allow 4–6 hours to expand, occasionally up to 24. A short tumble on low speeds it up.
Freshly cut memory foam occasionally carries a faint scent that dissipates within 24–48 hours in a well-ventilated room. Unzip the cover and air it out before the first night.
Crosscut memory foam resists the compression that flattens solid-foam pillows. If it ever feels dense, 10–15 minutes in the dryer on low restores the loft.
Both, by design. Firm support underneath from the crosscut foam; a soft surface from the microfiber and the 3D-knit lyocell. It ships at a neutral 5" across all three zones, which most people then adjust in one or two zones.
