For orders going to the 48 contiguous states*, additional charge may apply if you select to upgrade for a faster shipping method.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 3 – 5 days for delivery.

We currently ship our products in the United States from multiple distribution centers across the country for the fastest delivery possible.

Your orders are handled by USPS, UPS or Amazon Logistics. To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order will be assigned to one of our shipping partners based on their availability and the nearest stock location when we receive your order.

We are not able to select which shipping partner to use for your order.

Yes, we strive to pick and pack orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

However, it's important to be aware that shipping carriers do not collect shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Consequently, if you place an order on any of these days, the earliest the carrier will collect it for shipping will be on the next business day.

Our shipping partners provide delivery services on Saturdays and Sundays, excluding public holidays. However, this depends on the availability of the assigned carrier and whether they have collected the shipment from our facility.

It's important to be aware that shipping carriers do not collect shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Consequently, if you place an order on any of these days, the earliest the carrier will collect it for shipping will be on the next business day.

Please refer to the tracking details provided by the shipping carrier assigned for your order to see the progress and he most current estimated delivery date.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other unavoidable events may affect the carrier's ability to deliver on the expected date. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly for more information.

Since all our shipping is handled by third-party carriers for the speed, we are unable to schedule delivery for your order and promise that it will definitely be delivered on a specific date.

Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive in 2 - 5 days to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, and up to 10 - 14 days to non-contiguous States/Territories including Alaska and Hawaii. Exclusions apply for all major holidays and in case of courier services disruption.

You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You will find a link to the online tracker for your order in the same email.

The signal between the shipping carrier’s tracking system and their facilities may be delayed for up to 12-24 hours (it may be longer during major holidays or busy period).

We are unable to offer gift wrapping for orders at the moment.

To get your order shipped to you the quickest possible, there is only a very small window before a shipping carrier is assigned. We ask you to please check that all your details are entered correctly before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Your 30-day money back guarantee begins when your items are delivered. If you were dissatisfied with your product for any reason, contact us on care@aricove.comto initiate your return within your guarantee period.

You can expect the refund amount to be initiated within 1 business day upon the delivery of your returned order. Our compliance team will check the item carefully once we received it before issuing a refund. Once a refund has been issued by us, you will receive an email notification from us confirming that and the refunded amount.

From there onward, it depends on the financial institution you used for the payment. Generally, it takes no longer than 5-7 business days.

You must return all content but you don’t need to use the original box for a return or exchange. However, as our packaging box was made for each product, it may be best to use it for your return as well.

All returned and exchanged products are checked and examined carefully for quality improvement purposes. From there onwards, they will be cleaned and donated to charities, or recycled depending on the regulations of the localities.

Yes, every product comes with a detailed care instruction manual which you will find in the box.

The Aricove weighted blankets and blanket covers are machine washable. All products have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

Please be sure to wash them by themselves and separate from any other clothing to prevent snagging and damage.

Also, please check that it is within your washing machine’s maximum load capacity before proceeding.

You may machine wash your weighted blanket and/or blanket cover using a delicate cycle at 90°F – 110 °F with the spin speed limited to 400rpm – 600rpm.

The Aricove weighted blankets and blanket covers are safe for tumble dryer. All products have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

We recommend having it air-dried flat in a cool, dry place as it dries rather quickly.

If preferred, you may use a tumble dryer as well. Please use only low heat (90°F maximum).

We do not recommend sharing a weighted blanket. It is because bodyweight, preferences and many other personal factors vary and that affects how each of you feel about the weight individually.

Also, when sharing, your weighted blanket is unlikely to cover you, nor your partner, fully like a cocoon.

Therefore, we suggest that each person gets their own weighted blanket instead of sharing.

The full twin-size weighted blanket (48”x72”) is the original size of weighted blanket when it was first introduced to the public for sleep and relaxation. It provides a personal fit and is designed to cover your entire body with some weight on your bed, making it easy to get in and out of bed.

The queen-size weighted blanket (60”x80”) is a larger-version the weighted blanket designed for individuals who find bliss sleeping under a larger blanket or has a larger body-build. It is designed to cover your entire body and the top of your bed like a traditional blanket or comforter.

You will find your weighted blanket packed and protected in the branded tote with a user manual and warranty information in the box.

Since Aricove’s inception, we have used no plastic bags in our packaging to eliminate plastic waste.

Our fabric has been pre-washed and pre-shrunk for added durability and longevity. Fillings are securely sealed in each compartment with additional layers on the inside of the blanket to prevent wear and tear over time.

You may use your weighted blanket by itself, or with other bedding items such as a comforter (on top of your weighted blanket) or a top sheet (under your weighted blanket) if preferred.

You may consider getting a blanket cover for your weighted blanket if you prefer not to wash your weighted blanket, your washing machine has a limited capacity, or you would like extra protection for your weighted blanket investment.

Weighted Blanket Covers 48"x72" and 60"x80"

To ensure a secure and fastened fit, the 48"x72" weighted blankets and covers are equipped with 10 anchor points on their interiors for connection. Similarly, the 60"x80" weighted blankets and covers have 12 anchor points for the same purpose.

Simply connect the buttons located on the inside of the blanket cover to the corresponding loops on your weighted blanket.

We offer weighted blanket covers in sizes that match our weighted blankets: 48"x72" and 60"x80". All weighted blanket covers come with an additional small margin enabled for any unforeseeable shrinkage.

Weighted Blankets 36"x48" and 40"x60"

The smaller-size weighted blankets (36”x48” and 40”x60”) are great for both adults and kids. They may be just right for you if you have joint sensitivity or are concerned that the larger-size weighted blankets may be too heavy for you or too difficult to move. They are popular among frequent travelers, too.

If you choose to use the weighted blanket in conjunction with a comforter or larger blanket, we recommend placing it on top. This allows the weighted blanket to conform to the contours of your body more effectively.

Your child can use this weighted blanket just like a regular blanket for sleep or relaxation.

It's important to ensure that your child can easily move the weighted blanket or push it away if needed.

Please note that we do not recommend using a weighted blanket cover for children as a safety precaution.

Just like introducing anything else to a child, don’t force it. You may open the package with them together and let them ease in slowly.

Start by placing the blanket on their foot and slowly moving up the rest of their body.

Also, it is no secret that children copy a lot of what they see – so you may consider showing them how to use it yourself.
