Currently, Aricove offers FREE standard shipping and 2-DAY expedited shipping for all orders within the United States. The estimated delivery time are based on off holiday period and it could take longer for major holidays.
Standard Shipping – Aricove offers FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing within 24 hours of payment.
Expedited Shipping – Aricove offers 2-DAY expedited shipping at $28.17 on all domestic orders within the United States. Our expedited shipping takes 2 business days after processing within 24 hours of payment.
International Shipping – Currently, Aricove does not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates.
Returning Products within the 100-Night Trial Period
Let your body decide if you like it – try the Aricove weighted blanket for 100 nights. If it doesn’t work out, we refund it in full within the trial period.
If this is your first time trying a weighted blanket, it can take some time for your body to adjust to one. To be eligible for return or exchange, you must have trialed it for minimum 14 nights.
Please email us to let us know and we will make the necessary arrangement for you and guide you through the process.
We never and will never resell a used product. Your original weighted blanket will be sent to local charities to be donated to families in need
For an eligible return, the product(s) must be in clean and undamaged condition with all product packaging returned with the product.
Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been damaged due to poor care.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. You might be eligible for 'Return Shipping on Us' scheme provided by PayPal, subject to PayPal's Terms of Service.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Product
We take product quality very seriously with strict quality control implemented throughout. However, if your product is damaged or not perfect in any way upon arrival, please send an email to email@example.com and we will take care of that straight away.
Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products. Please email us with:
- a copy of your proof of purchase of the Product, for example, your receipt;
- brief description of the fault;
- clear evidence of the fault, for example, close-up photos.
