Standard Shipping – Aricove offers free standard shipping on all orders. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive in 2 - 5 working days to the 48 contiguous states* in the United States and up to 10 - 14 working days to non-contiguous States / Territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. Exclusions apply for all major holidays and in case of courier services disruption.

Expedited Shipping – You may get your order shipped through expedited shipping at an additional cost calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping typically takes 2 – 3 working days to arrive. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for orders going to non-contiguous States / Territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. Exclusions apply for all major holidays and in case of courier services disruption.

International Shipping – Currently, Aricove does not offer international shipping outside of the United States. Stay tuned for updates.

Returns

Your 30-day money-back guarantee begins when your item is delivered. If you require an exchange, replacement, or return for your order within your guarantee period, contact us at care@aricove.com. Our team is available 7 days a week and will respond to your request within 24 - 48 hours.

For refunds, the refunded amount is credited back by using the original payment method. Please note that a return processing fee of $9.99 is applied for each return to cover the cost associated with additional inspection and cleaning before we donate the item to a local charity.

However, if a returned item is in poor condition, we can only dispose of it. Therefore, please keep the product reasonably clean and in good condition if you need to send it back. We never, and will never, resell a used product to our customers in any way.
