01Agreement to these terms

By accessing or shopping at www.aricove.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy and Refund & returns policy, which are part of these terms.

02Products & availability

We sell weighted blankets, pillows, and related sleep accessories. We work to display products, colors, and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen renders them exactly. Products are subject to availability and we may limit or discontinue any item.

03Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change. When you place an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any charge in that case.

04Shipping

Orders ship free with tracking from our USA fulfillment center, picked and packed within 24 hours. Transit is typically 2–7 business days to the 48 contiguous states and 10–14 business days to Alaska & Hawaii. See the Shipping & returns page for details.

05Returns, refunds & exchanges

All products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee that starts on delivery. Returns use a prepaid return shipping label and a flat $9.99 processing fee per refund (which funds inspection and cleaning before the item is donated to local charities). Weight exchanges on the blanket are free. Full details are in the Refund & returns policy.

06Warranty

Aricove products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See the warranty page for what is covered and how to make a claim.

07Accounts & acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

08Intellectual property

The Aricove name, logo, site content, photography, and copy are owned by Aricove or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
