If you paid via PayPal, you are likely to be eligible for their 'Return Shipping on Us' scheme and have most, if not all, of the return shipping cost covered subject to PayPal's Terms of Service.

If this is your first time trying a weighted blanket, it can take some time for your body to adjust to one. To be eligible for return or exchange, you must have trialed it for minimum 14 nights, beginning from the date your shipment is received in our record.

We never resell any used product.

Your original weighted blanket and cover will be donated to local charities.

Therefore, for an eligible return, the product(s) must be in clean and undamaged condition with all product packaging returned with the product, including the exterior shipping carton.

Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been damaged due to poor care. Aricove reserve the right to withhold 30% of the money if the product returned is damaged or stained.

The original receipt showing proof of purchase is required.

This policy is limited to one (1) weighted blanket, with or without cover, to be returned or exchanged per household.

This policy is available only to customers who made their purchase directly from Aricove. Products from other retailers or second-handed products are not eligible for this 100-night trial.
